华宇俄罗斯伊娃农场所在区域空气、水流、土壤无污染，环境洁净自产小麦在境外加工全麦面粉是由全粒小麦经过磨粉、筛分(分级适当颗粒大小)等步骤，保有与原来整粒小麦相同比例之胚乳、麸皮及胚芽等成分制成的产品。全麦面粉营养丰富，是天然健康的营养食品。全麦面粉可以看到有粉碎的麸皮在里面，口感面粉粗糙，麦香味更浓郁。全麦面粉含丰富的维生素B1、B2、B6，烟碱酸（即维生素B3），钙、铁、锌等微量元素，是市场面粉中营养价值最高的面粉。
